I just want to encourage you to never give up!! I like the verse in Hebrews 12:11 For the time being no discipline seems joyous, but grevious, however when yielded to it it produces a peaceable fruit of righteousness and right standing with God! Sin has instant gratification like when I eat when I&#039;m not hungry, but that produces  regret for me and the number on the scale and discipline makes me happy later like when I reach my next lower weight! I was thinking about when you mentioned you have a low thyroid issue don&#039;t they have synthyroid for that? Or some medication to balance it? I&#039;m 20lb&#039;s from my goal and trust me I no the struggle of hanging in there, but I&#039;ll tell you what my first 30lb&#039;s off felt so good, and I want to go the rest of the way and finish this goal and glorify God with this victory over my flesh!!! I&#039;ll be praying for you and Angel.</description>
