Weight Loss Update 4.8.2011
I’ve been so busy lately, I haven’t had much time to write. I’ve been sticking to Weight Watchers online program since my last post and I tell you it’s been a struggle!!! My low thyroid is making it almost impossible to take any weight off. I’ve lost 3 pounds in a month in a half!!! Ugh! Every week I stay under my weekly points…this past week was the first week I used all of them.
I know I HAVE to exercise, which I have not been doing. But, it’s soooo difficult to get motivated!!! And I know I have to get better at taking my thyroid supplements regularly. I forget to take them all the time.
I’m not going to sit here and make excuses. I know what I need to do, I just have to determine to do it!!! Any suggestions?











I lost over 60 lbs last year and have managed to keep most of it off. What I’m finding now is becoming motivated to keep it off.
I’m recovering from a motor vehicle accident and that has sidelined me for a bit, but I’ve set goals again to start hitting the road running once again when I have clearance!
Wow! 60 lbs! Great job. I think the secret is to understand how your lifestyle impacts our weight loss.
