Starting Over Official Weigh In: Week One

Yesterday I posted about how I was going to start over with the whole weight loss thing, so this morning I got on the scale to do just that. Have I mentioned I hate the scale??? Oh I do!!! But, if I’m going to be consistent and stick with this weight loss thing, I have to weigh myself every week, and I have to post it here. Otherwise I will just get off track again and gain all the weight back I’ve already lost. And I certainly don’t want to do that! So, here goes. Today’s weight is….

211.0

Yuk! Ugh! Grrrrr! etc. etc.

I didn’t measure myself because I had to get up early and get ready for church, but I will do it tomorrow morning.

How are your weight loss efforts going? Did you get off track during the summer? If so, what are you doing to get back on track?

    I can’t measure myself either but I did actually step on my scale and then jump off. Eeek! I didn’t like to see my numbers 210, not what I was hoping to see. I guess now I work on losing it. I don’t have a tape measure as I’m still unpacking but I can start watching what I eat. I totally get why you hate the scale. :(
