Need Motivation and Encouragement
As you’ve probably noticed, I haven’t been updating my weight loss progress (or rather lack of progress) lately. That is because, as you’ve probably guessed, I haven’t been working at it much. A little bit yes, but not like I should. I’ve been conscious of what I eat, and usually make pretty good choices. However, I still need to cut out stuff with enriched flour, high fructose corn syrup, MSG and sugar. I’ve been doing a lot of reading lately on how bad all those things are for you.
Anyway, I’m just asking for some encouragement and motivation. The scale has been creeping up and up and I hate the thought of gaining all the weight back that I’ve lost. Anyone up for a challenge or being accountability buddies?











Let’s do this thing! I need help and encouragement, you need help and encouragement….sounds like a good match to me! I really need to loose this weight! So let’s either have a challenge or be accountability buddies or both, cause I need it!
Oh Sara!!! Let’s do it!!! I already started a 50 lbs. in 4 months challenge with my friend Angel Williams, but I don’t think either one of us has done much to reach our goal. Since tomorrow is September 1, how about we start tomorrow and work on losing 50 pounds by January 1? That would be an awesome achievement and a very tangible date. What do you think about that? And lets check in with each other every day, either here or on Facebook, to see how each other is doing? We can tell each other our plan for eating well the day before (that way we have a plan for eating) and our plan for exercise the next day. That way we can check with each other to see if we actually stuck to our plan each day? Are you up for weekly weigh ins? That usually helps me, to know someone is going to be actually watching my weight loss progress. I can’t stand getting on the scale and seeing it go up if I know someone is going to see it.

Yes! This sounds great. Weekly weigh ins are a good thing! Loosing 50lbs by January 1st is definitely possible. This will be good! Facebook will probably be the easiest place for me, but if here works better for you that’s all good too! Tomorrow we shall start!
Yay! I’m so excited! I went out and got a new scale today. The one we had was so goofy and inaccurate. So, I will get on it tomorrow morning, first thing and post my weigh in. Facebook works for me! Do we want to do it publicly or private? I’m up for publicly…but if you’re not we can do it privately. I think it’s fun and very motivating when we have people cheering us on! Do you mind if I put a post on there tonight about it? Maybe we can get some others to join us??? That would be fun! I will start by posting my eating plan for tomorrow. I will post it on your wall and vice versa. How does that sound?
This sounds great! I really need to get a new scale cause mine is not working for some reason. So I’m hoping to get a new one tomorrow, and I shall post my weight then.
