50 pounds in 4 months Challenge Update
I didn’t start the challenge off like I wanted too. I had more company after my sister was here for over a month and of course we had to eat out and stuff. But last night I decided to get my butt in gear so we had grilled chicken salad for dinner and then popcorn for a snack. I had another snack (a serving of Cheerios) later as well because I was so hungry!
This evening, my friend Tishia and I are going to hit the “Hill of Health“. Tishia is another one of my BFF’s who is working on her weight loss efforts as well and has been a huge inspiration to me to get my butt in gear. I’m also contemplating doing my new Jillian Michaels: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD I got a couple of weeks ago and haven’t even cracked it open yet. LOL
How are you all doing at your weight loss efforts? I will gladly accept any tips, advice and encouragement you all have to offer, so please leave them in the comments

I’m so glad that you got your butt back in gear! I’m proud of you for being done making excuses and as Nike says ‘just doing it’.
Oh how I need to get my butt back in gear! Ugh why does it have to be so hard to get, but more importantly STAY, motivated?
I feel like crap, my ankles are swelling again, lots of headaches, stomach aches, bloating…yada yada yada and I KNOW that I KNOW that I KNOW it’s all because of the crap I’ve been putting back into my body!
So why on earth am I NOT doing anything to get back on the exercise and healthy eating wagon???? Why why why (as I ‘bang’ my head against my desk! lol)
