Starting Over
For those of you who follow regularly, you know I haven’t posted here in a while. Heck, I haven’t posted anywhere in a while other than on the blogs I do content management for in my online business. I’ve been super busy, having fun spending time with my sister who has been on an extended stay from New Mexico. Of course, with that fun, comes good food…good tasting food, but not necessarily good for you food. I’ve been weighing myself here and there, and have been watching the scale rise as I enjoy all the Mexican food we’ve been making.
The last time I weighed in, which was a few days ago, the scale said 210.4. That means I’ve gained 6.4 pounds over the last couple of months. I’m going to start afresh tomorrow and get on the scale first thing in the morning. I’m also going to set new goals and measure myself. (I have to measure myself anyway for one of my best friend’s weddings coming up in November.)
To help motivate me, I got Jillian Michael’s Blast Fat and Boost Metabolism workout DVD. I decided a new workout DVD and a new workout outfit from Walmart would do the trick to help get me back on track. I have been trying to eat better the last couple of days and already I don’t feel so bloated.
So, starting tomorrow, I’m going to post my starting weight and new measurements. Please help hold me accountable. I can use all the motivation and encouragement I can get. I really want to get healthy!!!!











This is my first time visiting but I’ll be watching your blog for updates now. I too am 210 and am ashamed of it. I decided once I moved into my home (last Saturday) that I would lose this weight and get in shape. I’ve had four kids, which I know is no excuse but it caught up. I purchased the Jillian Michael’s dvds before our move and am planning on starting them Monday. Hope we can keep in touch.

Yeah… There seems to be alot of that going on this summer. My followers haven’t been exercising. I haven’t been exercising. And eating right hasn’t happened either. It’s too hot to exercise and to hot to cook. I haven’t been updating my website or facebook page. How about I nudge you and you nudge me?
