Weekly Weigh In #16

It’s Wednesday!!! Time for my weekly weigh in post. Let’s just get right to the point. I gained 0.8 of a pound this week. :( Booooo! I know it’s because of working the Emmaus Walk, and I know I will take it off this week, plus some. I just really want to get below 200!!! I am going to try really really hard this week to eat right and to get lots of exercise in. Please, please, please, help hold me accountable with the exercise. Someone check in on me every day to make sure I do it. I usually do it in the afternoon around 2:30 or 3:00. So, here is my weight for this week.

Ugh. I did take a picture of my weigh in with my new Droid Eris, but I have to figure out how to get it off my phone. LOL.

Alright, I guess that’s all I have to say for now. If I feel so inspired, I might write more later.

    I know those weekends at emmaus can be tough as far as weight loss cause they feed you ALL the time!! LOL!

    As far as meeting your goal…I will try to call you or facebook you or something to make sure you are doing something! You can do it Mary!!

    Also the forum at Plus Size Bloggers is really cool!

    Hey Mary ~ I’m glad to hear you had a great weekend and all too often we beat ourselves up on this journey. You had fun … now it’s back to work right?! LOL … I had a gain last week and I was doing everything right so I know how you’re feeling … this week buckle down … what’s your favorite exercise?

    Suzanne, Yes, it’s definitely back to work!!! I just gotta get motivated…LOL!

    My favorite exercise is….walking and Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred.

    Aww!! I know how excited you are to get under 200, so am I! You’ll do it though. .8 gain is hardly anything! That’s one bathroom visit away from a loss! LOL! Hang in there girl, you’ve GOT this!
