Weigh In Week #12
I finally had the time to create a real video. I used my camera instead of my webcam so it’s a little shaky…not too bad though.
I’m pretty excited! I really feel like the low carb/low sugar is the way to go! I got the best results I’ve ever had since beginning this weight loss journey. And although I didn’t reach my goal of 210.0 I thought 210.8 was close enough to do my measurements. I attribute the inches lost in my waist to this last week of low carb/low sugar. And even though I wasn’t eating as low sugar as I thought as I discovered in last night’s post, I still was eating way less sugar than previously. I can’t wait to see the results after truly eating low sugar and lower carbs!

You should go out and get Suzanne Somers Somersize books. There so great and help you understand everything about low carb food etc. Her diet books are fantastic….

I will be beginning my journey on Monday, i have purchased Jillians 30 day shred and weights. I will be trying the low carb No sugar diet. I am going to suppliment sugar with splenda, lets see how it goes!! I am 35 and stand 5’6 and weigh 180. by far am at my largest ever!!! i cant wait to start shredding the pounds!!!
